Dr. Seth Jones & Dr. Michael Loffredo
Dr. Seth Jones and Dr. Michael Loffredo are board-certified plastic surgeons, with extensive experience and training in cosmetic surgery for the body and face. Upon completion of a rigorous six-year training at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Dr. Jones and Dr. Loffredo both furthered their education and training by completing aesthetic fellowships in breast and body. They are up-to-date on the latest technologies and have each been featured in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons Medical Journal. Since opening their practice doors on Cape Cod in 2011 they have performed countless successful surgical and non-invasive procedures.
Dr. Jones is a board certified plastic surgeon and completed a rigorous 6 year Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. During that time Dr. Jones dedicated his time and skill to the people of Columbia treating craniofacial and hand anomalies.
Following residency, Dr. Jones completed an aesthetic fellowship with a concentration in breast and body at the Hunstad Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has completed numerous chapters and papers for medical text books and journals.
Dr. Jones was featured in the prestigious Aesthetic Surgery Journal published by the American Society for Plastic Surgery. He co-authored an article on the proper technique for combining abdominoplasty (“tummy tuck”) with liposuction to deliver superior results for patients. As noted in the abstract, combining a tummy tuck and liposuction “with proper technique—including thorough tumescent infiltration and vascular preservation during the liposuction portion—the procedure delivers superior results”. The article was co-authored with Dr. Joseph P. Hunstad, MD FACS, a world-renowned plastic surgeon and cofounder of the Hunstad-Kortesis Center for Cosmetic Plastic Surgery in Huntsville, North Carolina.
Dr. Loffredo is a board certified plastic surgeon and graduated from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. While in medical school, Dr. Loffredo was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) medical honor society during his junior year, an honor only given to the top four students of his class. Dr. Loffredo then spent the next six years at the Medical College of Wisconsin, completing his training in plastic surgery. Following his plastic surgery residency, Dr. Loffredo completed a highly sought after one year fellowship in Cosmetic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery with the world-renowned breast surgeon, Dr. Dennis Hammond at the Center for Breast and Body Contouring in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Dr. Loffredo was recently noted in the Cape and Plymouth Business Magazine, The Plymouth Old Colony Memorial, and The Cape Cod Times. Dr. Loffredo was in these publications for his article published in the prestigious Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal, published by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He co-authored an article on new techniques for improving breast reduction surgery with Dr. Dennis Hammond, a nationally respected authority on breast surgery.
