Board-certified plastic surgeons; Dr. Jones and Dr. Loffredo have completed a six-year plastic surgery residency as well an additional year of cosmetic surgery fellowship. They have also researched and written academic articles on the latest techniques for cosmetic and reconstructive surgery for numerous medical journals and textbooks.
These include a recent article on breast reduction surgery in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal, and an article on the combination of abdominoplasty and liposuction in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal.

CoolScuplting Experts in Cape Cod
The Cape & Islands Plastic Surgery team has been a leader in CoolSculpting for years. This procedure has helped many men and women decrease the visibility of fat around specific problem areas including double chins, love handles, and other areas of the body. We were also the only practice on the Cape that provides “dual” CoolSculpting where patients can treat multiple areas at once.
Injectables
We provide a variety of dermal fillers and injectables including Botox Cosmetic at all three of our locations around the Cape. If you are interested in injectables and fillers, we would be happy to set up a consultation with you and one of our Master Injectors. We provide a variety of different dermal fillers including the Juvéderm collection, RHA collection, and more so that we can match patients to the perfect treatment for their unique goals.
